Activities: SunGAP has supported the Client within the Portfolio purchase process, coordinating legal and technical advisor teams. SunGAP has also supported the Client for the assessment of the economic assumptions to be used for the Business Plan simulation, hypothesizing different scenario regarding the optimization of the expected performances, mainly for what concerns the energy production of the solar farms and construction capex.
